1. General |

Three wheeled Trolley with Toeing system on Pneumatic Tyres, which is suitable for Tractor toeing for long halt and toeing during work and operation. |
2. Tank |

2000 Liter capacity covered tank with a opening system capacity for visual inspection and loading with cover. A ladder mounted for visual inspection a dial type thermometer (00-3000C) is fitted with the tank for the temperature monitoring. Machine drive stirrer filter screen E-piping for bitumen delivery. For increase the load resistance power of the tank, extra steel frame mounted inside the tank. At the back side of the tank there is a bypass line (6²x6² square box) with the tank for the burning gas exhausting there is a chimney on the top of the tank. |
3. Heating |

Initial heating of Bitumen up to the desired temperature is to be done out side. After poured the melted bitumen inside the tank, it is keep hot by diesel burning system (30L. capacity diesel tank). Diesel spray inside 8² dia pipe with pumping system. For efficient burning a blower for air flow is fitted to the system.. Air and diesel both can be controlled by valve operator can control the heating with thermometer monitoring and by controlling the burner rate of burning. The burned is fired manually. |
4. Chassis |

Steel chassis (4²x2²x2² channel) with leaf spring (13P) steel assembly, single axel with two nos. of pneumatic tyre wheels (6.00-16) with mum guard. The front wheel (4.00-8) is provided for resting. |
5.Power |

For operation all the system such as bitumen gear pump (2²x1/1/2), diesel pump, blower, stirrer etc. is powered by 18 H. P. 1500 rpm “Lister Engine” (England). The engine drives the 11/2” dia main pulley shaft with the 3 pcs of C-Type vee belts which can be ad used for tension. |
6. Oil Flush |

The Flushing system has been introduced to stop line closing. Necessary ball valves are given to base the flushing system. A kerosene tank has been given on the system to store flushing kerosene (used/new) required for the system cleaning after work. It must be cleaned after work. |
7. Spray System |

In multi nozzle spray system there are 12/18 pcs. of brass nozzles for the uniform bitumen spray is mounted with 21/2²x21/2² MS Box. The spray length can be varied from 1.82 meter to 2.75 meter. Each nozzle is mounted with 3/8² ball valve individually. All the valves handle is connected to a 2² flat bar operated by single handle for open & close of all of the valves at a time. Both the end the spray box is close with 2² gate valve to fix extra 4 pcs nozzle which can be fixed with this 2 end of the spray bar. There is also provision for hand spray which can be used according to the job requirement. The hand spray bar is 1 meter long with single nozzle. The spray bar is coupled with 2 meters long. rubber hose which can sustain pressure and temperature of the system. |
