      DESCRIPTION:
 
1. General
:
Three wheels mounted with toeing system. On pneumatic tyre wheel system which is suitable for tractor/jeep/pick-up toeing. Small wheel in the front is used for long halt and manual toeing during work.
2. Tank
:
Main body of the tank made by two part of reinforced MS Sheet. Inside and outside of the heating chamber is of made by 1/8 inch thick MS Sheet. Outside cover sheet for insulation is made with 16 BSW MS Sheet. Outer heat chamber is insulated by 1 inch thick glass wool to reduce the heat transfer. Between two parts there are fins for inside the interior chamber. 1/4 inch thick extra MS Plate fixed at the bottom which can be changed after a long period of use to protect the broken of the inside chamber from corrosion. Extra plate can be changed when required.
3. Heating
:
Burning system is by tube burner with LP Gas and pressure regulator for efficient burning. Tube burners are fixed at the bottom of burning chamber. Inside the heating chamber the bitumen drums are heated by the exhaust gas for quick melting of the drum for high productivity. Two drums of bitumen can be melted within one and half hours heating. Kerosene burners system can be attached on request. The circulating exhaust gas is being dispatch by a chimney on the top of the boiler.
4. Chassis
:
Both rear wheels (6.00-12) are mounted on a 4”x2”x2” MS channel. Pneumatic tyre wheels are fitted without mud guard. Front wheel is provided for resting and easy to manual toeing. This unit can be toed by vehicle or manually..
5. Loading
:
Loading of the drum is being done manually into a inclined chamber. The drum is put on a table and then put into the drum chamber. The chamber cover is close after the loading of the drum. The empty drum shall be taken out manually and then can put another loaded drum same as mentioned before.
6. Delivery
:
Melted Bitumen can be poured at the end of the rear side of the boiler by a 2 inch dia gate valve. A thermometer of 00-3000C is fixed by the side of the delivery port to measure the pouring temperature of bitumen.
7. Painting
:
Bitumen Tar Boiler is painted black by heat and chemicals resistant paint. Night reflectors signs has been fitted for movement of the boiler at night.
8. Hand Tools
:
For the running maintenance necessary hand tools are included.
